Yes, you can design your own conservatory! The tips below can get your started creating your dream space.
How will you use the space?
You’ve always wanted a conservatory. But do you want to add more living space? Or create an open kitchen plan? Or make a one of a kind show piece for your property? In deciding how to benefit from this new space, let it reflect what is important to you. Like any addition, a conservatory can be what you’d like it to be: a family room, dining area, study, art studio, den, playroom, exercise room or yoga retreat, maybe even a guest bedroom or kitchen.

Budget
Because all of our work is custom, a price per square foot price is not an accurate number. We need a design in hand to provide pricing. But, we can get the process started by providing a ballpark price and give you an idea what the bells and whistles might add to your project. Our guide shows you the way: How to get Pricing for a Conservatory
Choosing your material

Who to hire?
At Town & Country we design all of our buildings to look as though it is a part of the original home and not an add on. Our years of experience can guide you to the new conservatory that gives you the unique space you desire and blends perfectly with its surroundings. With a variety of shapes and styles to choose from, we can help you select the details that suit your home’s style from traditional to modern. We can help you design your dream space for a fee and apply the cost to your conservatory. Or, we can collaborate with your architect on a design. Either way, you will have to hire a contractor to do the base work, i.e. laying the foundation, knee wall and any finish work. We handle the manufacture, shipping, and installation of our structure.
Adding a conservatory to your home provides years of enjoyment and makes everyday life special. Contact us if you have questions or would like to start to design your own conservatory project.
