Gracing magnificent fountain gardens, this free-standing garden house conservatory features a partial solid roof to control sun and provide a convenient location for interior lighting. A true divided “Tracery” glazing pattern echoes traditional glazing patterns on the main house. Town and Country garden houses can comply with Seismic Zone 4 requirements. In this instance, we concealed steel framing behind decorative pilaster columns and ornately profiled eave woodwork.
