A Historic Hotel Conservatory

Saratoga Springs, New York

The Adelphi Hotel opened in 1877 Saratoga Springs, New York to cater to travelers from all corners of the world eager to take advantage of the area’s natural spring waters and historic thoroughbred race track. The Adelphi has always been at the center of Saratoga Springs cultural life. When the owners decided to do a complete renovation, they wanted a special feature to enliven an otherwise underused rear courtyard and to create an especially appealing dining room for their discerning guests.

The Blue Hen, a decades old fine dining space at the Hotel has a new home in a luxurious Town & Country Conservatory.  The extraordinary design and quality details like exclusively made Hampton Windows (www.hamptonwindows.co.uk) and raised roof lantern soaring some twenty-five feet tall creates the kind of unique and inviting atmosphere that makes patrons want to return time and time again.
