Sun Room Design with Double Roof

Clients often ask, “What is the difference between a sunroom and a conservatory?” At Town and Country, it is the quality of materials and design. Ordinary sunrooms become extraordinary conservatories.
In this sunroom design, a 45 degree roof pitch creates harmony and balance by matching the home’s roof line. To mitigate the elongated roof line, we used a low-lantern upper roof and reduced the effect of the roof mass with a front gable with a decorative tracery glazing pattern.
